By accessing or using VoiceCursor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VoiceCursor for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. This license is for a one-time purchase and is valid for the lifetime of the product version you purchased.
3. Purchases and Refunds
VoiceCursor is available for purchase as a one-time payment. Due to the nature of digital software, we generally offer a 30-day refund policy for technical issues that cannot be resolved. Please contact support if you experience any issues.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the software, reverse engineer it, or use it for any illegal activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceCursor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
